At the humane society, the kennels were being cleaned by a few helpers while a group of them took pictures and wrote up adoption ads. The dogs whined softly from their temporary pens, tails wagging gently at passerbyers.

Personality: Chuckie is a good dog who would do wonderful somewhere with plenty of space. He loves to run, play with kids, and follow people on trail rides. A good companion, he takes the time to cuddle and lay on the couch with you as long as you can play afterwards.

Personality: Think aloof, snobby, and a total diva. May likes attention but she doesn't let you know that she likes it. Confusing dog. She doesn't like the puppies, the cats, or the pig we have and likes to sit by the window or mirrow.

Personality: Lulu is a bit timid but with someone quiet and caring, she may blossom into a socialable dog. Even though the other dogs are bigger than her, she likes to wrestle with them and hang off of Root's tail.

Personality: Fala, thats what we call her for short, is a protective and loyal dog. She doesn't like her humans out of view for too long and is always on the gaurd. We think she is this way because she lost a litter of puppies at the house she was rescued from and is afraid her human puppies will be like her last litter. She is really a sweet dog and loves to cuddle.

Breed: Old English Sheepdog.. we think
Reason Here: Stray
Personality: Rook is like a grandpa, old, slow, and fun to hang with. Even though he is old, he can get up to speed to chase sheep, goats, gentle horses, and people and herd them into groups. There is some athritis in his hips so he has some medication he needs to take. Still, he is a sweetie.

Reason Here: Rescued from a Neglecting Home
Personailty: Chewy lives up to her name, she loves to chew. Even when she was nursing she chewed on the bottle nipple. She likes to be cuddled and petted. Everyone is her mother because her own died a few days after the rescue, along with her two brothers. She is really sweet though and very tiny.
